Who is Maid Meisters?

Maid Meisters is, first & foremost, a locally owned “Richmond Original” service company native to Central Virginia. Having been in operation since 1999, we believe our growth within the community has been and will continue to be the result of embracing four main tenants:

Affordability: One of the good things about NOT being a franchise is that we don’t have to pay “franchise fees” to anyone. We are, therefore, able to keep our prices low and affordable – especially for recurring service.

You Can Trust Our Staff: All Maid Meisters employees, before being allowed into your home, undergo a Nationwide Background Check, a Drug Screening and Company Training to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and good business practices. Our Cleaning Crews are headed up by Team Leaders who’ve been with us for quite some time and have a proven track record of consistency & dependability.

You Can Trust Our Accreditation: Maid Meisters has partnered with the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau as a way of remaining transparent and accountable to those in the local community. We are fully licensed, insured and bonded for your protection and carry Worker’s Compensation in the event of an employee injury while in your home.

You Can Trust that We’ll Do What’s Right: At Maid Meisters, we believe that our word is our bond and that a good reputation is the most important thing within the business community.
