Before You Begin the
Online Application Process....

First.... You will be required to enter an email address. If you do not have an email address, you can register for a free account with GMAIL, HOTMAIL or YAHOO .... it's easy!

Second.... If you should have trouble viewing the questions or the screen comes up blank, your internet browser may need to be adjusted to "Accept All Cookies" in the "Privacy Setting" of you Internet Options.

Third... As you set out into the questions ahead, keep in mind that should you need to stop the application survey due to other things screaming for your attention, you have the ability to save and then resume the survey again at another time or day.

Simply click onto the "Save and Continue Survey Later" link at the top of the page and a drop down window will open asking you to input your email address, to which the system will send a link allowing you to pick right back up where you left off. What could be easier?

Fourth.... During the course of this application process, you will have the opportunity to hit the back button and review or change any of your answers. If you do not want to review or make changes, you may hit the next button and be forwarded on to the next screen.

At the end of the application process, you will be asked to digitally sign your application.

Once you've provided your digital signature as instructed, your application will be forwarded to our email inbox.
