WE ARE EXCITED THAT YOU WOULD SEEK OUT AN OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH US HERE AT MAID MEISTERS.
Although we
strive to keep things fun & rewarding, professional house cleaning is hard
work. Many would-be employees, when interviewing, cite cleaning their own home
as experience enough for working in the residential cleaning industry. Any
experienced house cleaner, however, knows there is a big difference between
cleaning your own home (at your own leisurely pace) and cleaning the homes of
those who are paying to have it done. Many "newbies" soon learn,
after going to work for a professional maid service, that their stamina and
attention to detail was not what they thought.
If you are
in fact asked to come on board, we will do all we can - through training &
encouragement - to ensure your success and sense of belonging while you are
with us. Why? Because what we offer to our clients is not just house cleaning,
but ourselves. If hired, realize that your role, in fact every role, is
essential to fulfilling Maid Meisters' mission of delivering outstanding
service. You will be expected, as a member of the team, to "pull your
share of the load" and to contribute to the overall sense of unity and
corporate pride through a positive-upbeat attitude, a willingness to learn, and
a work ethic rooted in dependability and trustworthiness.
If you believe your personality and work ethic are compatible with
that of Maid Meisters, we encourage you to continue on with the remaining pages
of this employment form.
