Recurring Maintenance Cleanings Clients wishing to set up Recurring Service benefit from a FREQUENCY DISCOUNT of between 10% - 20% off our standard, non-discounted rate of $40 per maid-hour. A free, In-Home Estimate will be necessary in order to determine a set, fixed price for your recurring service. Pricing is based upon the size of the home, how "lived-in" it is, how much customization is requested (like leaving OFF certain rooms or areas of the home), whether pets are present, how much hardwood flooring vs carpeting, etc. ESTIMATED RATES FOR RECURRING MAINTENANCE CLEANINGS  Initial, One-Time, Seasonal Initial, One-time, Seasonal & Home-for-Sale Cleanings are billed "by-the-hour" at a rate of $40 per person, per hour. The chart below provides an estimated number of maid-hours (and associated costs) based on square footage.
