Whether you are wanting an In-Home Estimate, a One-Time/Seasonal Cleaning or to request a change to an already scheduled cleaning, you can take care of it through this page. Please click on a button below to indicate how we may be of service:


Arrival Times

Due to logistical challenges arising out of potential manpower shortages, traffic conditions or issues encountered when servicing other clients (such as lock-outs or extra, last minute service requests), Maid Meisters can only provide arrival windows of about 3 hours. Whether we arrive sooner or later than your preferred arrival time, you will still be expected to maintain your appointment for service.

Deadline for Cancellations & Reschedules

Once your appointment for service has been solidified on our schedule, we set that space aside in our appointment book specifically for you. We also reserve the necessary man-power to attend to your cleaning, while turning other business and potential clients away. Should you need to either cancel or reschedule a particular cleaning, we will require that you do so 24hrs in advance of your appointment.

Late Cancellation & Rescheduling Fee

Clients failing to provide a 24-hour advance notice of cancellation or rescheduling will have their account assessed an $80 late cancellation or rescheduling fee and charged to their credit card on file.

Lock-Outs, Re-Routes & Wait-Time

In the event our Service Crew is unable to gain access to your home upon their arrival, an attempt will be made to contact you for instructions and/or assistance. In the event you cannot be reached, the Service Crew will be called off the job and instructed to move on to their next account. Such a scenario shall be viewed as a “Lock-Out”. All Lock-Outs are treated as late cancellations and will result in a fee of $80 automatically billed to your account & charged to your credit card on file. In the event we are able to reach you and you request a rescheduling for later in the day, a $40 non-refundable rescheduling fee shall be required to cover the time and expense in rerouting our crew. Should you request that our Service Crew remain on site awaiting your arrival, please be aware that we will need to charge you for the Service Crew’s “wait-time” at a rate of $40 per person per hour, calculated to the nearest quarter hour.

Skipping of Service (for recurring accounts)

Maid Meisters has factored into the price of your recurring cleaning a discount based on the frequency of your recurring service. If we are to honor the discounted pricing provided to you, we will require that you, in turn, honor and maintain the integrity of your recurring service schedule. In the event you need to skip a cleaning, as opposed to rescheduling, your next appointment for service shall be billed in accordance with the tiered, discounted pricing structure established for your individual account (available for viewing on your most recent work-order/profile). Monthly clients needing to reschedule or skip resulting in a gap of 5 - 8 weeks between cleanings will be assessed an extra cleaning fee commensurate with the size and condition of their home. Clients with a gap of more than 8 weeks since their last cleaning will have their next scheduled cleaning treated like an initial & provided “by the maid-hour” (at a rate of $40 per maid-hour) in order to bring the home back up to maintenance level.
