Now that the contractor has finally finished that two week remodel, there’s still a fine layer of drywall and construction dust coating everything. What to do, what to do. Don’t worry… at Maid Meisters, our people are experts at detailing behind contractors. We’ll come in and get that newly remodeled space looking and smelling great just in time for the big reveal to all your family & friends.

All Construction or Post-Renovation Clean-Ups are billed "by-the-hour" at a rate of $40 per person, per hour; with a minimum $120 required for scheduling.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE FOLLOWING:

1. Our Crews do not gather up and dispose of construction debri... that would fall to the contractors to take care of at the completion of their work.

2. Although we are more than happy to provide touch-up cleanings at different intervals DURING the construction or renovation, it is recommended that you only call Maid Meisters in after ALL construction or renovation has been completed and contractors are gone.

3. Even after we’ve provided a construction or post-renovation clean-up, there may still be some “resettling” due to drywall dust lingering in the air.

4. To capture as much dirt and dust as possible, without stirring it up into the air, Maid Meisters employs a mostly “wet-wiping” approach on all non-painted surfaces. Painted surfaces, such as walls, are dry dusted with lambs wool to prevent streaking or smearing.
